We heard, from friends and Suzie and Phil that a helicopter tour around Kauai was the #1 must do.
We talked about it with Ally, who weeks ago declared that no way would she ride in a helicopter. We talked more this week when Becky and I decided to do it. It was expensive and we wanted Ally to be sure. She was. She decided not to go. She spent the morning with Suzie and Phil and had a fantastic time.
Meanwhile Becky and I had an incredible experience.
Because we fly over the water they make you wear the life preserver around your waist. We were styling in our dark clothes to reduce glare.
We flew right over our resorts. The picture above shows the GIANT Pool we swam in on Monday. The 2 pictures below are the view out our lanai.

Pirates of the Carribean was filmed on the beaches! In fact over 300 movies were filmed on Kauai.
The north shore where all the celebrities have homes, Julia Roberts, George Clooney, Pierce Brosnon to name a few.
At the end we flew into an extinct volcanic crater.

Meanwhile back at the condo, Aunt Suzie and Ally made a list of what to do:
They did everything on the list except lunch! So we ate that together when we got back.
