I went a little last minute Halloween crazy this year and decided to make cake pops the day before Halloween. They turned out yummy and were super cute!
I carved a small pumpkin the morning of Halloween – before work! When we got home from work and school Ally and Becky went to work on our large pumpkins.
Ally decided to work on her own thing in the kitchen while Becky scooped and carved, and I cleaned and got ready to host our neighborhood friends for a pizza party before trick or treating. Ally made a sheet about herself. We thought it was awesome. It shows her favorite shape, food, age, birthdate and the 0 is for zero teeth lost.
Then it was time for Ally to get dressed and made up for trick or treating. Sparkly purple eye shadow and pink lipstick, along with a small tiara and hair up in a bun.

The gang; Liem was cut off this picture – he is the black shirt on the left. Lila, River, Mia, Lily, Aiden, Olive, Ally, Millie, & Max. Callie and Khai were camera shy.
Off to trick or treat. The kids scored this year – Ally’s pumpkin was overflowing!
Some parents even got dressed up. Summer called the picture at right “technicolor kids” River, Aiden, Olive and Ally.
It was a fantastic Halloween.
Topped off with a Skype call to Grandma Debbie and Poppy, and then to Lauren in Hawaii!
