Ally had so much fun dancing the Cumbia in kindergarten and has been trying to imitate the dancing, but its hard without a full skirt. I looked at many stored but had no luck finding a skirt that was full enough. Finally – EBay ! Its called a circle skirt, and was marketed for square dancing. We do need to cinch it in at the waist we use a chip clip right now. But she LOVES it.
She kept in on for hours the first night and spread it on on the floor in her room at bedtime so she could look at it. Then in the morning (below) she got up and pulled it right on over her pajamas.
It is really fun that something so simple can low tech can provide that much enjoyment.
