Life goes on.
Becky got a much needed haircut.
The pets really miss Ally when she is gone at school or volleyball all day.
First day in months Ally wore actual pants (these are jeans) and a sweater. She typically wears a sweatshirt and sweatpants or leggings.
But then her cold came back with a vengeance.
We are pretty worried it was COVID since she lost her sense of taste and smell for a while. But after lots of testing which all came back negative it was determined it was a cold. Above was right when she finished breakfast and below is how I found her 45 minutes later.
She slept for 3 hours.
She slept for 3 hours.
I went to Walgreens for some cold-aids. Like special dark blue Gatorade
And I brought her a Squishmallow stuffed animal that was the Bumble from Rudolph.
3 days of solid rest, no school and taking it easy and she was ready to go to her volleyball tournament.
Saying goodbye to Cloey before she went to the car
It was 2 hours away. Becky took her and stayed to watch. Unfortunately I came down with Ally’s cold and was pretty miserable.
I was in bed. Here is Cloey.
Some pictures of the tournament.
When they got home Becky immediately laid down on the couch for a nap.
Mondays are rough. Ally is so tired. She comes home absolutely exhausted. Last night I suggested she draw a little, and that maybe some art might help. This is what’s she did while watching TV.
She was asleep by 9pm and still pretty tired this morning.
