January 2023

January is always a long month and this one was no different. Illness, weather, school, work a visit from Grandma Debbie and Poppy Dave, basketball, Guatemala Girls. Lots of TV watching.

We had a great weekend with them. 

2nd half of vacation

After Christmas we still had a week off. 

Ally organized her jewelry.

Lots of PS5. I had Becky play with headphones on so I could work on my puzzle.

A friend gave us an amaryllis and it bloomed so much!

Cloey was said any time Becky left the house.

We went down to Seaport to the Winter Market. And we brought Cloey. 

We bought Cloey a new hat

And she was the star of the market. 

Ally and I left with Cloey when Ally got cold but Becky and Beth stayed out and had a fun evening.

We went to the Celtics game with my company.

I was so excited to get our picture with Larry Bird.

Ally went to the RMV and applied for her driver’s permit. Now she has to pass the test.

Christmas Day 2022

Santa came!







Dave and Debbie opened stockings with us. We shipped them their stockings so we could do this part of Christmas Day together.

Cloey just wanted a lap.



Always happy for jewelry.

Ally gave Debbie a special Grandma necklace.

Beth knit Ally her pets, Cloey and Daisy.

Beth and Ally gave each other the same gifts! Movie gift certificates. 

Necklace and Amazon card from Great Aunt Martha and Uncle Phil. 

Ally is very blessed to have such generous family far away, Aung Suzie and Gruncle sent her a Target gift card, her cousins sent her a waterproof speaker for the shower and Grandpa Frank sent money. 

World of Warcraft updated game! 

Ally asked for a pair of exclusive Jordan’s for Christmas. It took some internet searching but Santa was able to get them for her.

Matching Pajamas! We decided these were the best yet. T-shirt’s and sweatpants with the Rudolph characters on them. So comfy.





More puzzling after gifts. We had to finish it so we could eat and game on the table.

It was a wonderful Christmas. We are very much looking forward to more celebration with Dave and Debbie in a few weeks when they come up.
