Still on Vacation

Regular readers may be surprised by the quantity of posts this week. This vacation is relaxing and I have time. 

We continue to enjoy the lake, playing in the sand, swimming, boating, hanging out lakeside. Yesterday we were there from 900am until 4pm. Ally never came back to the cabin all day. I went for the dog and lunch. It was a beautiful day. 

In the morning Ally ran to find her "sand ball" a ball of clay rolled in sand she left out overnight to harden.

Fishing! Ally caught 9 fish that morning. So much fun. She even shared her fishing poles and worms with her new friends. 

The girls caught loads of fish and kept them in buckets.

And set them free when we were done.

But the highlight of the day was boating with Cloey. Becky is such an awesome mama she took Ally and Cloey out in a canoe. Here they are, all 3 in their life jackets.

They didn't go very far as a threesome. I guess Cloey was a little anxious. But then Becky and Ally went back out for a long paddle.

Cloey waited with me. 

After canoeing it was time for lunch. Then of course there was some gymnastics and cute puppy antics.

And swimming. I actually swam in the lake with Ally! I made Becky take a picture as proof.

Eventually we headed back to the cabin. Got cleaned up and went in to Hanover for dinner and ice cream. It was a pretty amazing day.
