Pilot is Ally's babysitter Lauren's dog. He is a mutt but mostly a wire haired Jack Russell terrier.
Until recently Ally had never met Pilot. We figured with our cats would not be happy to have Pilot over for a visit and the opportunity never came up.
But sadly Lauren's time with us is coming to an end in a month or so as she starts an internship in Hawaii in October. We are so excited for her, but we will all miss her.
This summer she has been coming on Wednesday afternoons - and recently she brought Ally to swim lessons, and then they went to Lauren's house to get Pilot and walked over to house with Pilot.
Lauren said it was hilarious; Ally sitting in her stroller holding Pilot's leash while Lauren pushed the stroller.
They stopped at our local park where Ally was thrilled to have a dog with her - she always likes looking at the other dogs.
Then they went to our house and played in the yard with Pilot until we got home.
