This is the day we celebrate that Ally, Becky and I became a family. We honor this day that Ally, Grandma Barbie and I arrived in the United States from Guatemala. It is also the day that Ally officially became a US Citizen.
On a very positive note - we had our usual celebration:

This year we bought Ally a gift. Eating out is not that much fun for Ally, so we ate at home and gave her a gift.
She was super excited for a play kitchen for her AG dolls.
We let Ally decorate the cake.
Then we went swimming after dinner, came home and ate the cake.
There certainly is a lot of love in our family.
