Ally woke up, stumbled into the dining room and laid down with Cloey. When Barb and Kaitlin came over we learned there was a fire alarm at their hotel at 230AM and they got locked out of their room! But after some breakfast and discussion about what to do we decided to go to Harvard yard and show Kaitlin Harvard and then go see the USS Constitution.

Kaitlin and Ally
The girls were really excited at the Constitution - it was a beautiful day, and there were all kinds of people dressed up for a parade. It was a fun time.
They girls were so adorable walking on the old trolley track - such a little kid thing to do and they like to think they are so grown up - but not that grown up yet.
Its a great museum with lots of kid and family oriented activities. Above the girls with help from Becky were de-coding a message and then figuring out the marine letter codes for their names - Ally is Alpha Lima Lima Yankee.

The ship was in dry dock - we still got to go on it - but at the museum you could etch your name on a piece of copper that will then be used on the Constitution when during its repairs. We all wrote our names.

The average sailor was 5'6" - mom thought no way was she that tall anymore - but she is!
Kaitlin and Ally swabbed the decks and attempted to roll up the sail.
Then everyone but Grandma Barbie laid down in a hammock.

On the way back to the car, Ally and Kaitlin walked the Freedom Trail.
It was an exhausting, fun filled 3 days.
