Last weekend we did a lot of stuff together as a family. No babysitter, no parties but fun just the three of us. We went to the paint your own pottery studio – and Becky and Ally painted some pieces.
Then it was out for dinner – Ally suggested we get noodles (plain lo mein)
She was quite proud of her success in using the kids chopsticks to eat the noodles.
Crazy hair on a Sunday morning
After Church we saw Finding Nemo it was in 3-D and that is always fun to experience.
Then after the movie Ally and I went swimming. Ally swam 3 lengths (25 yards) of the pool all by herself! I was impressed, and I had a hard time keeping up with her walking alongside her in the pool.
After swimming I finally got Ally to take a shower in the locker room. It required a bribe – but it was worth it – to get the shower done at the pool with no tears!
Can you tell she was excited to receive her My Little Pony Princess castle play set?
It was a fun filled weekend.
