Ally has decided that she wants a flower themed party. We practiced making flower cupcakes yesterday. It was a blast – just cut a mini marshmallow in half and stick a bunch in a baggie of colored sugar sprinkles and the sprinkles only stick to the cut half of the marshmallow. Then place the marshmallows colored side up on a frosted cupcake – endless combinations. We used riece’s pieces as the center. Ally ate most of the those too!
I think Ally had 30 mini marshmallows – she loves them!

We all agreed that the cupcakes looked great, but Ally has decided she wants a layer cake for her birthday this year - one with flowers! At first she asked for one with 3 layers - I thought Becky was going to choke at that thought. But I found a picture of a standard 2 layer cake with gumdrop flowers and Ally says that looks good.
